Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.

At this time in the evolution of the planet and of humans, we are facing numerous challenges. Some of them are climate-related: extreme heat, fires, floods, tornadoes, etc. Other challenges are health-related: obesity and heart issues, covid related problems, stress, cancer, allergies, etc. Some of these things are not in our direct control, but in the hands of the people "in charge".

However, we are all in charge of ourselves... so we can choose to take the best actions to maintain our health, our well-being, lower our stress levels, and increase our safety in these uncertain and challenging times. This week, as usual, we bring you articles to support you in your daily life... physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our goal is to help you discover and choose new attitudes and thus open your eyes and your life to new possibilities in your own life and in the life of Planet Earth and its inhabitants. The more we remember that we are all in this together, the more effective we will be in creating change that makes a difference for  All.

Scroll down for the new articles and videos that were added to the website this week.

Wishing you enjoyable insightful reading, and of course a wonder-full, joy-full, health-full, and loving week.
