When you view your life through your ego lens, you doubt yourself. You speak your truth and people misunderstand. Your ego tells you it's because you're a loser, too different to fit in or succeed. But what if the judgments of others reveal infinitely more about them than about you? What if their criticisms are misunderstandings due to their level of consciousness, not a statement of your worth? Once you remember you carry a light inside you that cannot be extinguished, you'll stop being wounded by those who don't understand. Your uniqueness is your gift.
The focus for today is:
No one can wound you when you stand in alignment with your soul. Those less evolved than you will be drawn to you because you carry the light inside you.
Today's message is inspired by Sue Frederick, author of the book: Through a Divine Lens: Practices to Quiet Your Ego and Align with Your Soul
Sue reminds us that feeling worthless and discouraged is an enormous waste of time. There is no soul that is worthless. All is evolving as it should. You are evolving as you should. She offers practical steps to shift into higher frequencies: meditation, gratitude, movement, crying to release pain, and sending compassion to those who misunderstand you. As she writes: "Once you absorb this lesson, you will never be hindered by criticism from yourself or others again. You'll become the source of loving wisdom for others, and everywhere you walk you'll fill the room with light." Today's invitation is to ask your Higher Self: How do I move forward through my doubts and fears? Write the question repeatedly until answers flow without thinking or editing. That's divine guidance arriving.
