The good news is that protection is not mysterious or complicated. It is a simple, daily practice that begins the moment you decide your inner light matters enough to defend.

Ernesto Ortiz teaches two accessible methods for daily spiritual protection. The first, the Bubble of Light Protection, invites you to visualize yourself inside an unbreakable sphere filled with colored light—white for general protection, blue for communication, green for healing, or gold for spiritual connection. The second, Three-Layer Protection, builds three concentric egg-shaped bubbles around you, each carrying a different frequency of love: the outer layer burns away negativity, the middle layer holds healing, and the innermost layer remains sacred space for your spirit. Both techniques work because they anchor your intention in your heart and remind you that you are not responsible for absorbing the negativity of others.
